Twin Toyoda FA-800 CNC Milling Center

Western Valve employs the latest CNC technologies to insure fast and accurate machining.

20 Pallet RGV Station

Pallets are used to stage automated jobs at the Toyoda CNC Milling Center.

"Lights-out" Operation

The Toyoda CNC Milling Center allows Western Valve to run in a "lights-out" mode, the machining center can operate 24x7 with minimal assistance from an operator.

Manufacturing Facility

Western Valve has a state of the art manufacturing facility located in Bakersfield California. Our facility is 50,000 sq. ft. on 5 acres with a new manufacturing, a reconditioning and high-bay testing area.

The facility also has two automated Toyoda CNC horizontal milling centers and an automated CNC cutting center to provide both precision work and increased performance.
